Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from BW James you can return your in stock item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If Free Returns was purchased at checkout, you will receive a return shipping label at no cost. If it was not purchased, you will be responsible for return shipping label costs. 

BW James Jewelers will fully exchange your purchase price (equal or greater value) within 30 days providing the merchandise has not been in worn condition, altered.

BW James will refund your purchase price within 10 days providing merchandise has not been in worn condition and altered. BW James will not refund any products with head changes, missing the original sales receipt, custom made, altered, and custom engraved items. BW James will not refund any purchase ordered outside of stock size and gold color.

All special orders are nonrefundable. Semi mount rings that we have set with a loose diamond are also nonrefundable.(Call for other return policy questions)
